Kaderisasi is an event held annually by the Student Organization (SO) of Swiss German University. This event is held mainly to introduce the Student Organization to the students who want to be part of the SO, whether MPM (Majelis Perwakilan Mahasiswa) or BEM (Badan Eksekutif Mahasiswa). Before participating in Kaderisasi, the participants must pass the first interview and the second interview where they present their project results which is given after the first interview. The participants will be a member of the SO only if they pass the Kaderisasi.

This event is held outside of the campus for three days and two nights long. At the event, the participants will be randomly divided into several groups. The participants have to do several programs prepared by the committee. There will be projects related and unrelated to their later work programs. There will of course be fun games and plenty of times to get to know each other better. Other than preparing the participants for the organization, this event is also to develop their teamwork, decision making, problem solving, critical thinking and communication skills.
