In between those processes, it includes the opening presentation minimum of 3 weeks before the event and observation taken by Counselor members during the ongoing event. Moreover, Counselors need to do photoshoots for the MPM members. The photo shoot is conducted yearly because each year there are new members coming with different sets of teams in each committee. Another job desc that a counselor has to carry out is conducting an investigation of members of MPM who is considered troublesome with permission from the chairman and vice chairman of MPM.
To direct and become the first adviser for the members and officials of the Student Executive Board of the Swiss German University when they want to create an event in/from the Swiss German University.
Establish guidelines for technical in purposing an event in/from the Swiss German University.
Conduct the first review of an event with technical methods, namely the presentation of the event committee.
Provide advice regarding the development of the organization to the Board of the Executive Committee of the Student Representative Council of the Swiss German University.
Responsible to the Board Executive Committee of the Student Representative Council of the Swiss German University.
